We can provide experienced Operations Managers, who oversee the smooth and efficient delivery of your event. Focusing on key areas including Health & Safety, Box Office, Accreditation, Gates, Campsite,

Advancing Services
We can provide production, technical, hospitality, and artist advancing services. We can tailor customised processes to suit the individual budget and requirement of your event.

Stage Management
 We can provide specialised stage management teams with focus on overall event production, as well as technical knowhow.  From small boutique stages, to stadium, arena and festival main stages.

Artist Liaison
We can provide artist, hospitality, transport and logistics management. We ensure that from start to finish, the artist experience is efficient and enjoyable,so that artists want to return to your event time and time again.

Eye of the Storm Events (EOTS) was established in 2011 by Hugo Kibasi & Michael Jarrell; event professionals with extensive experience covering events across the
UK and Europe.

Over the past 6 years, Eye Of The Storm has provided a wide range of services to a number national and international events, brands and promoters, and through this have built a large network of industry professionals.

The team now comprises of Hugo Kibasi, Tim Walker and Ash White who have a wealth of experience between them.

Hugo Kibasi


Hugo is an established production manager. with a wide range of event experience including operations, stage and artist liaison management. 

He has worked for a wide variety of clients including BBC Radio 1Xtra, Manchester International Festival, Adidas and The Warehouse Project.

Tim Walker
Tim’s background in the creative industries means that he brings a diverse range of experiences to the company. 
These include booking and managing multi-venue nationwide events, brand & sponsorship events, festival site and production management.
Ashley White
As Event Project Manager at Sheffield Students’ Union, Ash has built a strong portfolio of qualifications and skills including Event Safety Management (IOSH), BIIAB Level 2 Personal License and Health & Safety at Work certificate. 
He is also an experienced artist liaison manager and stage manager.
